i had lost my new mount last week and i sent in a help ticket
well this is the reply i got

Your logs indicate you sold a PWI Anniversary Mount Egg to an NPC on 9-8-2010 at 20:13.

Try to be more careful in the future and check all item names and descriptions before you choose functions in the game to execute.

GMs can not give back any items that you sold to an NPC.

i wasnt on at that time
i was eating dinner
so unless someone else got on my account and i only kno 1 person who knows my password and i trust her that she wouldnt do that
then some random person hacked into my account and sold it bewcuase they were envyous that i got it and that person didnt

but why the FUCK would i never sell a mount that runs faster the 9.00
i was happy that i had the anni mount i would never have sold the mount
so can u plz PLZ PLZ PLZ SEND ME A NEW ONE
maybe i would of sold the mount but only if it gave me 80mil coins and not 0 like all other mounts do but no i never have ever sold anything i got from the game (boutique)

i still have the very first wings i got from there and the first clothes
so if i got the mount why would i sell it

how can u sell the egg when i hatchd it
if u can show me the lvl it was when it was sold then i can believe u if u put down lvl 7 cus thats what lvl the mount was at the time if u say its lvl 1 when sold then i better get a new one
